About Us

Our Mission:

To promote programs and activities that will improve the health of residents in communities all across America. We support, promote and demonstrate healthy programs and fitness activities such as aerobics, martial arts and sports. We also provide healthy living classes, which we teach people about developing and living healthier lifestyles.

We strive to foster new ideas and welcome community participation in developing activities that will benefit the health and well-being of everyone. We serve as a bridge and a resource for community groups and residents who wish to implement health promoting programs.

Our Goal:

Our goal is to increase awareness and prevention of chronic diseases. We strive to increase minority awareness of diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, hypertension, and cancer. This goal is also at the heart of the Department of Health and Human Services and the President of the United States of American. We support prosperity and quality of life by promoting, protecting and providing  for the health of communities across our nation.

Help get your community active!
